Highest is the fifth studio album of Ghanian Hiphop artiste and rapper, Sarkodie. It is a collection of 15 brand new songs, 3 interludes and a bonus track. It follows the release of prior albums "Makye" (2009), "Rapperholic" (2012), "Sarkology" (2014) and "Mary" (2015). The album features major local and international acts such as Jayso, Big Narstie, Victoria Kimani (Kenya), Moelogo (UK), renowned Spoken Word artist Suli Breaks (UK), Korede Bello (Nigeria), Praiz (Nigeria), Yung L (Nigeria), Joey B (Ghana), Jesse Jagz (Nigeria), Flavour (Nigeria) and Bobii Lewis (UK).
