Richard Mowe



Richard Mowe is an arts and features journalist based in Edinburgh, London and Paris. He contributes to newspapers, radio, web-based media and television, mainly on cultural affairs and the entertainment and film worlds. He is the founder and director of the French Film Festival UK and a co-director of the Italian Film Festival. He is a recipient of the French honour Officier dans l’ordre des arts et des lettres.
